Desk Posture Tips
Read the article ↗Why I recommend it
From Mayo Clinic: how to set up your chair, keyboard and monitor so a day at a desk doesn't cost you your neck and back.
Guidance
- Feet flat on the floor, thighs parallel — use a footrest, a small stool or a stack of sturdy books.
- Top of the screen at or slightly below eye level, about an arm's length away.
- Get up and move through the day — sitting still for hours strains your body.
- Stop if anything causes pain or feels wrong.
